Follow our care tips to keep the piece flawless for a lifetime — and pristine enough to pass on to someone you love.

- Cool hand-wash or dry cleaning. 

- The engineered power-mesh is naturally crease-resistant and travel-ready; if required then a light steam on low heat will restore perfect drape after unpacking.

- Avoid bleach, wringing or tumble-drying; instead, reshape and lay flat to air-dry.

- Each dress arrives in a satin travel bag that shields the fabric from dust, sunlight, snags, dirt transfer, and the movement within luggage cases — this is ideal for both storage and travel protection.

REPAIR GUIDE

We stand behind every stitch. If a craftsmanship issue becomes apparent after wear, our atelier will put it right—on us. These minor imperfections don’t mean the piece is finished. By repairing rather than discarding, we extend each garment’s life and reduce waste. We’re committed to helping you do just that, which is why we offer two generous repair options (subject to terms and conditions):

What we happily repair

• Loose stitching, undone hems or popped seams
• Broken zips, hooks or internal clasps
• Hardware or embellishment that has come away through normal use
• Minor fabric flaws that escape our final inspection

What falls outside the service

To keep the programme fair for everyone, we cannot offer complimentary repairs for:

• Tears, pulls, stains or pilling caused by accident, mishandling, pets or jewellery
• Heat or wash damage (e.g., hot-iron shine, shrinkage, dye bleed)
• Alterations undertaken by a third party
• General wear-and-tear beyond reasonable first-season use

We’re still happy to help—our atelier can quote for these repairs at preferential rates.

How to request a repair

1. Submit a request by emailing support@mirahmuse.com with clear photographs of the concern.
2. Our team will assess within 3 business days and confirm next steps.
3. Once approved, we’ll issue return instructions. Pieces must be clean and unaltered.
4. Repairs are typically completed and returned to you within 10–14 days - unless stated otherwise.

After the 4-month window

We continue to offer paid repair and refresh services at transparent atelier pricing—because true investment pieces deserve a long life.
