Returns & Exchanges

Want to return? We will never make it difficult for you. We won't keep you stuck with a credit note (unless you prefer a gift card of course!). Hassle-free return, just excluding shipping costs for us to get the package to you!

We hope you adore every piece, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to start a return.

  1. Click on the order in your account area and click the return button —no emails needed.
  2. Once approved (please allow up to 3 business days). You can follow the step-by-step instructions in the confirmation email that is issued after approval.  
    Tip: check your junk folder if you don’t see it.


What we can accept

  • Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
  • All swing tags, return ribbons / zip ties, hygiene stickers untampered
  • Garments free of make-up, perfume, deodorant, or other residue
  • No damage or alterations (including try-on mishaps)

It's only fair we receive the product in its original condition. Accidents happen - so if something goes wrong during your try-on, just let us know and we can work on a solution! Returns that don’t meet these standards may be refused or incur a cleaning / repair fee, which will be deducted from any refund.

Late returns (received after 21 days) will break the return terms, so we can mutually agree on a gift card or returning the goods back to you. If you've left it too late after your return was approved, pop us a message first to discuss!

Return shipping isn’t covered yet—we’re working on prepaid labels in the near future.

We reserve the right to decline returns that appear fraudulent, abusive or damaging to the brand.

 

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund or gift card, then place a new order for the piece you’d like instead. This is the best option so that we can avoid any disappointment if sizes go out of stock! 

Gift Cards

  • Valid for 12 months from issue date.
  • Usable across multiple orders until the balance is gone.
  • If you return a purchase made with gift card, the amount goes straight back to that card (expiry does not automatically reset).

 

Bundles

Returning a package bundle? All items in the bundle must come back together.
If only part of a bundle is returned, the full price will be applied. 

 

Free Gifts / Promotions

If your order included a free item, please return it with the rest of the shipment. Missing gifts may reduce your refund. We also kindly ask that the original satin care bag is returned to us!

 

Sale, Final Sale & Sample Sale

  • Final Sale and Sample Sale pieces are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.


Refused / Undeliverable Parcels

Packages refused by the customer or returned to us due to unpaid duties, incorrect address or failed delivery will have all shipping, tax and restocking fees deducted from the refund or credit. The original costs to fulfil the order are not returned to us which is why we are sadly not able to deduct this.

 

Returns Process

We aim to process returns within 3-4 business days of the returns delivery. If all guidelines are met, you will be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded. There is a small restock fee to ensure that the product is cleaned and repackaged in pristine condition. 

We will continue to cover the costs of postage if you qualified for Free Delivery at checkout, so long as there is no abuse of this service.
